Chairman Remark
The chairman begins the meeting with salam remarks and welcome to the members who present in the meeting.

Minute 1: Prepare for the Crit Session
·         All member of Group 4A&4B are prepare the A1 butter papers with all the information to fill on the partition board.

Action: All member of 4A&4B

Minute 2: Welcoming from the lectures
·         Lectureres begin the session with some advice for all the member. We are having this crit session together with group 4A.

Action: Lecturer

Minute 3: Presentation of group 4A
·         The member of the group 4A stand out to present their work. For this crit session, the group is presented by the site analysis and some sketches of the design concept. They also propose SWOT analysis, key plan, site plan location plan, section drawing for the ground, elevation of the ground, humidity, temperature, sun path, wind flows and facilities & street furniture of site no. 7. Besides, architecture and Planning from group 4A were produced sketches of the draft design concept and the site planning. Lectures give comments from time to time as presentation goes on.

Minute 3: Presentation of group 4B
·         Group 4B stand out and started to present in front of lectures and group members. Our chairman took the first step to greet the lecturers and other member are present what we had done before.
·         The items that presented by group member were:
 a) Key plan and location plan (NTS)
    b) site analysis ( Services, facilities, temperature, wind. humidity,    luminance,
      c) SWOT analysis
      d) Site plan (sun path, wind flows, pedestrian pathway etc)
      e) Precedent studies (Sultan Azlan Shah, sports)
      f) Concept of the design (hockey ball, bubbles ,dome)
      g) Sketching of the design
      h) Bubbles diagram and site planning     
      g) Gantt Chart ( progress scheduling )

·         Lectures give comments from time to time as presentation goes on.

Minute 4: Comment from of studio master.
After our group finished our presentation, lecturers gave their comment and feedback about what aspects should be improved. The feedback and suggestion that lecturers gave to group 4B were :
·         the data and information of site analysis and SWOT analysis is clear and improved.
·         Lack of research about the precedent studies of design
·         The idea of design must come from precedent studies
·          Lack of relationship between the precedent studies and the pavilion
·         The design of the pavilion do not have overhang that can avoid the direct sunlight into the structure.
·         The location of the pavilion is too near with the lake (dangerous).

Minute 5: Discussion for the Crit Session and Discussion and update the design of the pavilion
After the Crit Session 2, all the member is discussion for the precedent studies and modify the problem. First, we need to change our precedent studies then only can come out the idea of design from the precedent studies. Second, the design of pavilion that we need to add on the overhang for pavilion to avoid the direct sunlight into the structure. After the discussion , we decide to add on extended louvers  for sun shading and decoration for the pavilion. For the material of this pavilion, we also do some changing and we build it with the reinforced concrete lower beam, reinforced concrete post, rectangle glass panels (LTG),Laminated tempered glass, recycled steel frame-work and photovoltaic cell.Aimi Zahirah ( Architecture student ) is sketching the new pavilion and show it to all the member after discussion .Every member from Group 4B is acceptable, architecture student can proceed to floor plan, elevation, horizontal and longitudinal section during the holiday.

Meeting 6: Distribution the work for next Presentation Crit session (Planning of work)
Chairman and construction management student are distribution the work for member. So, the member can do their work during the mid-sem break (week 3). Chairman is give instruction to the member. The design and planning team need to modify the design to solve those problem. So, we only can proceed to Floor plan, Elevation, Horizontal and Longitudinal section. For the non-design team, they need to study about construction report, material selection, building services, elemental cost analysis. They need to research information for own task and do a simple draft for next meeting that will more fast for us to proceed. For the construction management student must complete and update the meeting during the holiday.

The chairman closes the meeting with remarks of thank you to the members who attend and the next meeting will be held on Sunday  (15/11), 8.00pm.
