Chairman Remark

The chairman begins the meeting with salam remarks and welcome to the members who present in the meeting.

Minute 1: Divided task of site analysis to group member

·         Chairman divided the task for site analysis to group member

·         Everyone are divided into sub-groups. Each sub-group consists of  2 or 3 students to carry their own task requirement.

Minute 2: Brief for site analysis

·          Explain what we need to do for the site analysis with each task.

- collect data

- take photo to the site

- do measurement to the site (dimension)

- do research for the SWOT analysis

Minute 2: Distribution Measuring Equipment

·          Equipment provided to members of the group  

·          Explain how to use the equipment to the member

Minute 3 : Explaination by Lecture

·         Lecture explain more details about the task given.  

·         Q&A section with lecturer

Minute 4: Execution of respective job

Member of the group is do research, site analysis and data collection according  to their job scope. Time frame of one and half hour is given.

Minute 5: Taking photo from the site

Member of the group take the initiative to take relevent relevant photos around the site.

Minute 5: Result of the site analysis

·         Do presentation by member of group .

·         Share the data and result of the site analysis .

·         Combined and compared all the data and result of the site analysis .

·         Find out the problem and solution of the site .

·         Chairman and construction management collect all the data and result of site analysis from each task .

·         Finalise all  the data of site analysis and proceed to A1 butter butter
