The chairman begins the meeting with
salam remarks and welcome to the members who present in the meeting.
Minute 1: Feedback from the lecturer
about the progress

Discussion the problem of the
site analysis with group member
·
All member of Group 4B are list down the problem of the site analysis
that studio master give comment during the studio crit session.
·
All member are share and discussion about the problem of site analysis
Problem of the site and site analysis:
1. The site is small ( small place )
2. Is difficult for us to built a pavilion at the
small place
3. No parking area
4. Data and information of the site collected
incomplete
5. Do not have a conclusion for the site analysis
6. Conflicts on the main issue of the site
7. Lack of communication and team work
8.
The area
for the future development is not suitable because near to Y junction of the
pathway.

All member of 4B are share the idea and find out the best way to solve
the problem .

Minute 2: Distribution the work ( Next things
we need to do )
After the Crit Session on Monday(2/11), we modify our problem of the site
analysis. The chairman had came out with
the solutions to solve those problems. Chairman had rearranged the duty of the
members.

Update the information of the site analysis
All member are divided to three group.
·
Group 1 for the dimension (Tally information and location of
site analysis) :
Task A - Dimension and orientation site
Task F - Topography and landscape
Task G - Condition facility traffic and pedestrian
Task C - Profile of land and soil
·
Second Group 2 for facilities :
Task B - The existing structures in and around the
site
Task D - Services in the vicinity of the site
Task H - Public facilities
·
Third Group 3 for condition :
Task E-
Temperature, humidity and wind
Task I
- Obstacles on site and around the site
-Check and update
all the information and do or sketch into the A1 butter paper.

Ideas for pavillion
- Concept
of the design (from Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah)
- Reason for the location we build the
pavilion ( why not another spot )
- gallery (30%)
- Landscape/Garden (30%)
- Reception & lounge (
30%)

-Lay bys for drop off area
- must come out the idea of
the design and sketch into the butter paper for next meeting .

- Secretary need to walk
around and collect information for the report
- Every member must be read

lettering hand written to explian the concept of the design
approach,construction material etc. All the member of each major start to
